Why does this short work? Second by second.

Send a short that works — yours, or one you may use. A video model watches it and gives you back its recipe: how it hooks in 3 seconds, the steps of its story and how fast it cuts. Then you make your own.

How it works

Short and checkable: every limit links to the platform's own page, read on 28 Oct 2026.

  1. A model that watches

The video is sent to TwelveLabs Pegasus 1.6, which reads the picture and the sound together. It is asked for two things: the steps of the story (hook, problem, proof, payoff, call to action…) and every shot.

  2. Measured, then read

The times, the counts and the words said are measured. What each step is for and what each shot shows is the model's reading — shown as such.

  3. One per account

Each analysis costs us a few cents on a paid model, so the tool needs an account and gives one analysis per account. Your result stays on your account.

What it doesn't do

  • Videos of 4 to 90 seconds, 150 MB at most. Longer? Trim it first.
  • It doesn't predict views or give a score: nobody can measure that before posting.
  • Your video leaves your browser for TwelveLabs and is deleted from their side after the analysis.

Questions

How do I analyze a TikTok, Reel or Short?

Send the video file (4 to 90 seconds). A video model watches the picture and listens to the sound, then the page shows the first 3 seconds (what is said, written and shown), the story step by step, and the rhythm of the cuts.

Why does it need an account?

Each analysis runs on a paid video model (TwelveLabs Pegasus 1.6). One analysis per account keeps it free for you.

Does it tell me how many views the video will get?

No. Nobody can measure that before posting. It tells you what the video does, second by second, so you can reuse what works.
