How it works

Short and checkable: every limit links to the platform's own page, read on 28 Oct 2026.

  1. Local time, each country

19:00 in New York and 19:00 in London are two different moments. Each post is placed at its account's local time, then shown at the time it is for you.

  2. Summer time, day by day

The US, Europe and Brazil change clocks on different dates. Each day is worked out with your browser's own time-zone database, so the week stays right through the change.

  3. What a person can keep up with

Posts closer than the gap you set are flagged — by hand you can only be in one app at a time — and so are posts between midnight and 7 in the morning for you.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't post for you: the calendar file gives one reminder per post.
  • The times are yours to choose; it has no data on when each audience is online.
  • Nothing is saved or sent: reload the page and it starts again.

Questions

How do I schedule posts for accounts in different time zones?

Give each account its country's time zone and the local times it should post at. The tool lays the whole week out on your own clock, so you see at what time of your day each post is due, and saves it as a calendar file with one reminder per post.

What is the best time to post on TikTok or Instagram?

No platform publishes one. Lunch (around 12:30) and evening (around 19:00) local time are common starting points; your own analytics show when your audience is actually on.

Does it handle summer time?

Yes. Each day is worked out with your browser's time-zone database, so a post stays at 19:00 local in New York and in Paris even in the weeks their clocks change on different dates.
