How it works
Short and checkable: every limit links to the platform's own page, read on 28 Oct 2026.
Phones come from the tightest app
The Instagram app holds five accounts per device, so twelve accounts need three devices. TikTok publishes no number, so you set yours. YouTube channels sit behind Google Accounts — up to 100 each — not behind devices. One phone can hold all three apps, so the count is the largest of the three.
Videos come from the busiest platform
One video can go to your TikTok, your Reels and your Shorts. Two accounts on the same platform each need their own: Instagram stops recommending accounts that mainly repost, and YouTube won't monetize videos that feel interchangeable. So the minimum is your largest platform's accounts × posts a day × 7.
Hours are your own estimate
Posts a week × the minutes one post takes you by hand. Switching accounts, uploading, writing the caption — put your real number in.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't know your phones: some hold more TikTok accounts than others, so the TikTok number is yours to set.
- It doesn't count account creation or two-factor checks — those happen on the platform, by the person who owns the account.
- It doesn't save anything: refresh the page and it starts over.
Questions
How many Instagram accounts can I have on one phone?
The Instagram app lets you add up to 5 accounts and switch between them on one device (Instagram Help Center). A sixth account needs another device or another way to post, such as an official publishing API.
How many YouTube channels can one Google account manage?
Up to 100 channels, as Brand Accounts under one Google Account (YouTube Help).
Is it allowed to run several accounts?
Running several real accounts is allowed. What the platforms forbid is spam, fake engagement and the same video reposted across accounts — so each account needs its own video.
